Strategic Partnerships
We facilitate local and international strategic partnerships for the delivery of executive education and collaborative research projects. These could be between government agencies, businesses and universities. Our goal is always to ensure the long-term goals of both parties are well-aligned, to ensure successful outcomes. As most of such projects are very much long-term ventures, it is important to define the expected benefits from both sides, and also the key challenges along the journey. Our role is always to act as delivery partner, by measuring the key performance indicators and critical success factors.

How do we work with UK universities to define, develop and deliver high-impact internationalisation programmes?
UK executive education providers face increasing competition from around the world. From world-class universities emerging in Asia and Africa, to the more established European and American schools, the global business education market is at a cross-roads. How the new competitive order will unfold is at best, guesswork. What is certain however, is that providers will need to build and maintain strong relationships in fast-growing markets. Our role is to assist and enable UK providers to build and grow their connections across the Middle East and North Africa. We understand these exciting, emerging markets. We work on the ground, listening to and engaging with companies, public institutions and government agencies to identify new skills development areas. With our deep local knowledge of the MENA region, we are well-positioned to advise and support UK institutions in entering and establishing themselves in their new markets.
We define partnership opportunities, identify sustainable options, and develop high-impact programmes to empower organisations.

Identify training needs and deliver the right solutions
Our business is focused on delivering the best possible training outcomes for young and future leaders, and c-suite executives across the MENA region. As experienced educators and delivery facilitators, our role is to structure the best available management programmes for our clients.

How do we promote UK universities across the Middle East and North Africa?
Markets across the world require customised approaches to business engagement and development. The MENA region is no exception. Within the region, there are also local rules and customs which are equally important to understand, observe and respect. Cultural sensitivities, language, and business etiquette are important considerations for any foreign business seeking to establish a relationship in these markets. Our role is to inform, guide and support UK universities and businesses in promoting their value propositions in the region. As a UK company with a deep understanding of the UK education sector, we understand the internationalisation opportunities open to ambitious institutions. We take the time to understand your strategy, work closely with your senior managers to develop realistic action plans, and advise on promotion strategy to engage specific markets with the most appropriate messaging.
